NUJS SACJ is organising the 6th Edition of Annual Essay Writing Competition.This competition is aimed to provide a platform to the law school community to express views and get their opinion heard about contemporary happenings in the field of Criminal Law.The competition is conceived to encourage law students to write about forward looking issues in the growth of Mediation and its scope in the present scenario.
Submissions are invited from undergraduate and graduate students, industry practitioners, academicians and research scholars.
Submissions may be co-authored, although by a maximum of three authors.
It is also our aim to become the first information portal in India for tracking developments in the fields of competition and trade law.
The SITC blog, which is run by the members of the society is a sincere attempt to keep you updated about the various developments in the field of international trade and competition laws in India and abroad.
There is no requirement for the co-authors to be from the same college/institution/university/school.
Only original essays will be considered for the competition.The eligible candidates shall be selected for the internships through a separate screening process, which shall be open to the authors/co-authors of top twenty submissions. The body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, size 12 with 1.5 spacing.The footnotes should be in Times New Roman, size 10 with single spacing.The sole objective of Indian Mediation Week is to grow awareness, knowledge and use of mediation across different parts of India.It aims at bringing together all the major stakeholders of the mediation community on a common platform while highlighting the benefits of this process to the general public.
